ArcheryHolic goes Brick and Mortar

A couple of years ago, while driving back from the archery range with his friends Andrew and Jack, Alain was talking about how great it would be to open an archery store together and make a living of their passion. "It won't make us rich but what the heck, it would be great." For folks who know Alain he would not talk into the wind. Now he's seen this become his dream reality! Unfortunately, his friends didn't follow the same path staying in California. But Alain made his wife Tanya his faithful business partner.

First, with the help of his webmaster Ludovic, they created ArcheryHolic.com with Airgun-nation.com following a few months later. That's how the natural progression to a retail store came about.

Finally, it has come to fruition; our retail store in Castroville, Texas! ArcheryHolic looks forward accommodating all central and Southwest Texas seasonal hunters next fall. Until then, stop by, have a look, share hunting stories with your fellow comrades, shop, bring your bow in for maintenance/repairs, or place a special order with us, as we have 16,000 products to offer. It is our hope that this location will provide convenient one-stop last minute shopping on the way to your hunting destination, as we are located next to Wildlife Artistry Taxidermy, and the regionally famous Dziuk's Meat processing market across the street.

Alain is an avid archer, 3-D competitor, and bowhunter eager to support like-minded enthusiasts along the way. With the current economic challenges, ArcheryHolic will give discounts to Boy and Girl Scouts, 4-H, FFA and members of the military. He is also working to locate a community supported local archery range, and in the future, arrange for lessons, competitions, workshops, and regional events catering to fellow archers in the area.

Currently, ArcheryHolics store hours are 9-6pm Monday through Friday and 9-5pm on Saturdays. For hunting season, we will extend our hours and be open on Sundays!
