Returns

If item meets all return requirements, such as unused and intact in original packaging. Contact us through our website or by phone within 10 days where you will be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. This number must be clearly posted on the outside of the package and if possible, on the inside as well. Package will then need to be returned within 7 days from RMA issue date. The restocking fee is 15%.

Exchanges

Allowable on incorrect size apparel that has not been worn or laundered, defective items, or if the wrong item has been shipped to you.

Delivery Times

Can vary according to your location, Typically UPS ground can take 7-10 business days.

Custom/Special Orders

Require 20% non-refundable down payment which is applied to purchase price. Custom orders cannot be returned.

Damaged Items

Immediately contact UPS at 800-742-5877, as your merchandise is insured. Returning damaged item to us could cancel your claim.

In the rare occurrence the items(s) ordered require Fed Ex or USPS shipping due to extra large or heavy items, we will e-mail the proposed changes to you for discussion and approval by you. If Archeryholic, under reserved rights, change shipping vendors, this will not effect the Next Day Air option. There also will be no increase in changes to you.
